As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”) or a person who participates in this program based on a Referrer’s invitation (a “Referred Customer”), you are subject to tonies’s Terms of Use and tonies’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website located at us.tonies.com), as well as the following Terms & Conditions.

Qualified Referral. A “Qualified Referral” occurs when:

1. a Referrer enters their email address on https://us.tonies.com/pages/refer-a-friend (the “Referral Website”);
   
   
2. a Referrer shares the unique referral URL generated by the Referral Website with a Referred Customer (e.g., by sharing the Referred Customer’s email address on the Referral Site, or sharing the URL directly via Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, or WhatsApp);
   
   
3. the Referred Customer visits the unique referral URL generated in step (ii), and is shown a pop-up notice containing a $15 promotional coupon code (“Referred Customer Code”), and
   
   
4. the Referred Customer uses the Referred Customer Code to complete their first purchase of $50 or more on the us.tonies.com site. LIMIT 1 PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODE PER HOUSEHOLD: Referred Customers may not use additional referral URLs to obtain or use additional Referred Customer Codes.

Note that for a Qualified Referral to be valid, the Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). Subsequent purchases by the Referred Customer will not result in additional Qualified Referrals. The Qualified Referral will be associated with the Referrer who provided the unique URL used by the Referred Customer.

Rewards for Qualified Referrals. Once a Qualified Referral occurs, the Referrer will receive, via the email address provided in step (i), a single-use, promotional $15 coupon code (a “Referrer Code”). This Referrer Code may be used by the Referrer towards any purchase on us.tonies.com (no minimum purchase required) and can be applied during the checkout process on the us.tonies.com online store, subject to the limitations below.

Promotional Coupon Code limitations. Promotional coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offer, may be used only for personal, family, or household purposes, and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent, including but not limited to gift cards, certificates, or refunds. Customers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from referral rewards received. Codes expire 60 days after they are delivered (either via pop-up or email). Void where prohibited.

Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to US residents 18 years or older. tonies’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in tonies’s sole discretion.

No Spam. As a Referrer, you must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your Refer-a-Friend program link on coupon sites or other websites created to take advantage of referral traffic generated from individuals searching for coupons or other discount codes, or otherwise in a way that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited, and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from tonies’s Refer-a-Friend program, as determined by tonies’s in its sole discretion.

Right to Close Accounts. tonies reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the tonies Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner, as determined by tonies, or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. tonies reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion, without advance notice. Any unclaimed promotional coupon codes will be forfeited at that time.
